How long does it take to get service. Still waiting outside. Ridiculous

Surely you have been served by now. We got in within 10 minutes I seem to remember. It was a few years ago we were there. We were served in about 20 including our water and order taken.

How many mugs are facing for people still alive. Last man standing win anything?
